Board of DirectorsHuman Rights & Responsibilities Australia is managed by a Board of Directors whose task is to control and manage the affairs of the company. Consequently the Board determines what activities should be carried out to achieve the objectives of the association and sees that those activities are carried through to a successful result. The directors are elected annually.
